What do you have to offer, if I become your customer?

We have over 20 years experience in setting up archery equipment and therefore can help you with the problems you may face. We feature nothing but quality products, at best prices, from established manufacturers. We have been with PSE Archery for 20 years, as well as some others. Understand that some Manufacturers have set pricing that must be met to maintain my dealership and I will honor those price sets.

What is the warranty on my bow?

Most bows have a lifetime warranty, except cables and strings. The warranty is handled by the factory. Example: A problem with a PSE bow, you would contact the PSE Company.

Can I contact Country Tree Archery for assistance?

Absolutely! We will do all we can to help or expedite any problems you have, but we have no more influence (on the average) with the company than you do.

How soon will you ship and by what method?

If at all possible, our goal is same day shipping on orders received by 2:00 PM. Most orders will go by UPS, but in some cases it is faster to ship USPS. USPS is the best way for International orders.

How can I make payment?

Visa, Mastercard, Money Order or personal check. I must have a Money Order in hand and the personal check must clear the bank to ship.

Will you accept International orders?

Yes! however there is  no free shipping on international orders. They will be shipped best way or the way the customer designates and all shipping and handling costs are covered by the customer. We will work extra hard to keep the shipping costs as reasonable as possible. Contact us for an approximate cost on international shipping.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 1986. It is a family business with me and my wife as sole owners. We have been married 47 years and do everything together.

Do you Bowhunt or participate in target archery?

I have been bowhunting for 47 years and my goal is to bowhunt till the Lord calls me home. I shot the ASA 3-D Tournaments for several years. I would still be going, but my 3000 square foot Archery Store keeps me tied down. I still shoot some spot archery or a local 3-D tournament when I can.

What if an item is temporarily  out of stock?

I have accounts with several major archery manufacturers as well as several large distributors, and can get product fairly fast. In some instances I can have it in my store the next day. I will do all I can to swiftly meet all orders.
